You will be responsible to communicate, process and expedite guest orders to the culinary team in the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of meals while providing quality service to owners, guests and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner and maintaining or exceeding the company standards.

-Provide exceptional service by ensuring that food items are correctly delivered to customers.
-Possess outstanding communication skills and be the liaison between the front and back of the house.
-Maintains cleanliness and stock of work area/outlet.
-Ensures the proper presentation of plating of each menu item that will be served.
-Garnish and inspect products prior to delivery to the guest.
-Assist fellow team members and other departments whenever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
-Demonstrates courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with public and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.

Minimum of six months of food and beverage experience.
Required knowledge and skills
-Ability to demonstrate strong customers service, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Basic math skills.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Safe work practices and sanitation related to food preparation and service.
-Inventory and record keeping principles and practices.
-Customer service principles and practices.
