Pak n Ship Operation


The F&B Purchasing and Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all food, beverage, and nonfood deliveries are received, inspected and coincide with an approved purchase order; log all
incoming/outgoing guest packages; maintaining an effective filing system for purchase orders and delivery status; conduct inventories on all storerooms and coolers to ensure adequate supplies for the hotel in the absence of purchaser; and promptly review and fill all department requisitions.


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Maintain excellent service by following organization standards of quality.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, packing area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean F&B supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Document any necessary updates to process and aid in inventory management
  • Operate, balance and manage inventory spreadsheets.
  • Work with other departments as appropriate to maintain knowledge and relationships necessary for efficient and effective operation.
  • Organize and catalog large batches of similar items.
  • Fill all customer orders with accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Ensure that incoming and outgoing purchasing and receiving shipments are as secure and well-organized as possible.
  • Coordinate with all departments to fulfill specific and ongoing inventory and shipping needs.


Attendant will work in fast paced environments. This job may be required to stand for long hours, lifting and moving of objects, and are exposed to Florida weather conditions, including high heat and humidity.
